Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have experience in Municipal Transactional law. Should preferably have knowledgeable in the subpoena process. Must have 3+ years experience supporting multiple attorneys in a small firm environment and have excellent reliability as well as availability of schedule. Must have impeccable proofing skills. Must have heavy document production experience. Fluency in the subpoena process is required. Must have experience with court filings. Must be proficient in using Word Styles. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong formatting experience in TOCs and TOAs is required.
