Legal Administrative Assistant / Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate will provide support to Litigation attorneys and staff. Should preferably have a Bachelor's Degree. Must have 3-5 years of previous experience with supporting Litigation attorneys. Experience in employment law is preferred. Experience with Federal and State eFiling is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced skills), PowerPoint, and Outlook is necessary. Case Management experience is needed. Should have the ability and desire to learn new systems; ability to generate Table of Contents and Table of Authorities; ability to draft correspondence and create templates; excellent organization skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment; strong problem solving and decision-making skills; strong attention to detail; sound judgment; ability to work well under pressure; ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
