Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work closely with two attorneys in small, very busy, growing personal injury law firm. Important and trusted position that involves significant client contact. Must be kind and welcoming. Established and busy plaintiff's personal injury firm accepting resumes for full time litigation paralegal. Responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling, collecting medical records and bills, preparing medical billing itemizations, drafting complaints and discovery responses, and working with clients, courts, medical providers, and insurance carriers. Paralegal experience required. HS diploma or equivalent required. Paralegal certificate and/or personal injury experience preferred. Work history that evidences experience in litigation may be substituted for formal paralegal certificate program or degree.
