Business Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist and provide a range of legal support and administration to lawyers and other legal professionals engaged in Business Litigation. Will work directly with our attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases, get involved in fact-finding projects, and be responsible for developing and maintaining case files. Perform legal and factual research, as well as, records research. Organize, analyze, cross-check and validate information. Prepare correspondence, draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda. Organize and assist with document production both in physical and electronic form. Organize and track case files, maintain databases and files, including Relativity and Case Notebook. Review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations as it relates to electronic discovery. Other projects/work as needed across other practice groups to assist with their litigation needs. The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree plus a Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience. Must have 5 years of paralegal experience. Must have E-Discovery and Relativity experience. Should have strong communication and relationship management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities while respecting tight deadlines. Operate with a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail. Should have proven ability to establish professional working relationships with colleagues and external clients.
