Corporate / Business Associate Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in a business/corporate law firm environment. Should have excellent academic credentials. Must have extensive experience in corporate law, mergers, debt and equity finance, entity formation and structuring; commercial real estate and leasing. Working knowledge and experience in drafting and negotiating governance documents, commercial contracts, commercial leases, merger agreements and financial transactions is required. Broad experience across many industries, and natural desire and curiosity to learn new industries is needed. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington.
