Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should have some experience and/or knowledge of handling personal injury cases in North and South Carolina. The duties of this position consist of: Greet clients and walk-in potential clients. Answer phones. Courthouse run (filing - twice weekly). Interview prospective clients over the telephone or in-person. Open Insurance claims and new files. Collect and analyze intake information.. Collect all relevant documents. Maintain contact with clients on regular basis. Organize and maintain case files.
