Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be expected to work with partners and associates on cases from inception through trial. Will be drafting pleadings, discovery, demands, case management and heavy client contact. Must be knowledgeable with NY State and Federal Court practice, including electronic filing. Must have 2-5 years of experience in all aspects of litigation.
