Office Manager/Paralegal The candidate's primary responsibilities will include general office administration such as the management of the firm s time and billing, general and escrow accounting, accounts payable and receivable, management of the firm s client list, file and contact management system, management of office equipment and vendor agreements and relationships. Additional responsibilities may also include some legal secretarial and paralegal work, including assisting attorneys with the preparation of Estate Planning documents (foundations, powers of attorney, continuing and life insurance trusts) and Estate Administration (the preparation of probate documents and tax returns). Excellent organization and communication skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Outlook required. Paralegal degree and/or prior law firm experience preferred.
