Title : Immigration Attorney

Immigration Attorney The candidate will be filing employment-based immigration cases, including L-1A/L-1B, H-1B, E-1/E-2, E-3, O, P, and TN non-immigrant visa petitions and applications and non-PERM immigrant visa petitions. (anticipated to be about 50 % of the time, but depends on experience and preference of the candidate). Will be filing family-based immigration petitions and applications with USCIS, including adjustment of status, I-751 petitions, waivers, naturalization, DACA, and U visas. Representing and advising clients on all aspects of family-based consular processing cases. Preparing clients for consular and USCIS interview and attending USCIS interviews with clients. (anticipated to be about 50% of the time, but depends on experience and preference of the candidate). Supervising legal assistants to ensure that applications and supporting evidence are properly prepared and submitted to USCIS. JD degree and active Bar admission with any state, California Bar preferred. Should preferably have 1 year of full-time immigration law experience. A demonstrated interest and passion for immigration law is needed. Strong English writing skills and attention to detail is required. Oral and written fluency in Spanish is preferred.
