Bilingual-Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in handling various aspects of family based immigration practice. Have strong working experience in completing USCIS, EOIR, and ICE Immigration Forms, applications, and petitions, including, but not limited to: family-based petitions; Adjustment of Status; Consular Processing; U-visas; Waivers; Cancellation of Removal; and various Motions, including motions to reopen/reconsider with both USCIS and EOIR. Other requisite qualities are excellent interpersonal skills, good organizational skills and time management, attention to details, and ability to work independently. Spanish (Required).
