Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate represent employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims. Prior work comp experience is preferred. Attend hearings before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, Circuit Courts and Appellate Courts to advocate and litigate multiple issues and claims. Must be comfortable with attending arbitration hearings and conducting evidence depositions, witness interviews and face-to-face negotiations. A strong litigation background is preferred.
