Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle litigation case management, preparing discovery, subpoenas and other documents, medical record reviews and summaries, trial preparation, and other related duties as assigned. Should have 5+ years of litigation experience, including trial; Knowledge of State/Federal Court Rules and Procedures; Proficiency in legal research; Experience in drafting discovery (including responses), pleadings, and correspondence; Demonstrated ability to interact at a professional level with clients and attorneys; Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize; Must be well organized.
