Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Duties: File documents in State and Federal court. Ability to draft pleadings and discovery. Calendaring dates and filing in case management software. Creating and organizing appendices, briefs, indexes. Ensure all necessary evidence for a trial is gathered, organized, filed, and all exhibits are labeled and ready trial. Qualifications: 5+ years of personal injury and wrongful litigation experience. Must have strong management and people skills. Exceptional research, writing, verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly organized and detailed.
