Discovery Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience with complex discovery and document review projects using a variety of e-discovery technologies. We are looking for self-starters who are able to work on their own and in teams, and to manage projects in a fast paced, demanding environment. Candidates should have strong organization and communication skills. Duties include all phases of discovery, including the collection, search, review, analysis and production of information in matters; creating and counseling on discovery policies, such as those around preservation; and generally developing and counseling clients on discovery strategy and related issues. Must be a current member, in good standing, of the District of Columbia Bar. Local candidates with immediate start availability are strongly preferred.
