Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be managing case documents electronically. Will be communicating with clients, experts and witnesses. Requesting and managing medical records. Scheduling depositions. Propounding and responding to written discovery. Trial preparation. Attending inspections and medical examinations. Negotiating medical bills and liens. Compiling evidence and supporting information by searching records, discovery documents, transcripts, and databases. Preparing legal documents for attorney's review and approval. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal in California. Must have excellent organizational and writing skills and good rapport with clients, be able to handle a heavy case load and have a strong working knowledge of the CCP, FRCP and Evidence Code/Rules. Spanish-speaking and/or experience with Litify a plus.
