Immigration Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will handle daily work deals with both forms-based applications as well as preparing court filings. Must have High school or equivalent. Legal experience is preferred with significant customer service/administrative experience may also be considered. Legal experience need not be in the field of U.S. Immigration and Nationality law. Prior legal experience preferred. Must be bilingual English/Spanish and only applicants who specifically list this ability in their resume or cover letter will be considered. Attention to detail. Significant interaction with clients on a daily basis. Communicate well with clients of all nationalities, backgrounds and income levels and possess excellent customer service skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Additional languages beneficial. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with web-based case management systems. Excellent customer service skills.
