Immigration Paralegal The candidate prepare non immigrant and immigrant visa applications for filing with the appropriate government agencies. Communicate regularly with clients regarding case processing issues and keeping them informed of their case statuses. Prioritize the assigned cases and execute the work timely without undue delay. Work closely in team environment and provide updates on the cases to the supervising attorney and to the office manager. Must have 1 to 2 years of experience working on H1-B, L1, O1,P3,R1, E1, E2, and F1, applications and PERM labor applications. Requires a Bachelors degree in legal studies or relevant. Needs very good writing skills.
