Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare and process asylum applications, family and employment-based petitions, Immigrant and nonimmigrant waivers, applications for naturalization, DACA and TPS. Prepare cancellation of removal applications for court hearings. Meet clients. Must be timely, responsible, and detail-oriented. Should be Fluent in Polish / Portuguese or Spanish. Availability on Saturday mornings is a plus. 2-3 years of experience in immigration law required.
