Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be working with Family Based Immigration attorneys from case inception to resolution. Preparation of Immigration packages: I 130, I 485, and I 601. Translations in English and Spanish. Be detail-oriented, strong organization; time management; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, have good verbal and written communication skills and be punctual are required. have good writing and communication skills in English and Spanish are required. have attention to detail are required. manage time effectively with the ability to prioritize a varied workload are required. have a helpful/flexible demeanor with a team orientated 'can do' attitude are required. be able to organize and complete tasks to a professional standard are required. have a business like professional appearance in dress and manner are required. be punctual and show flexibility to work outside normal hours when required are required. show initiative, take responsibility and ownership of tasks and be proactive are required. be computer literate with good knowledge of the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are required. Demonstrate flair and imagination and a willingness to assist the team with any tasks outside the job description when required. 2 years of Immigration paralegal experience are required.
