Defense Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Will represent clients in a wide range of insurance coverage and defense claims. Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects, relating to a variety of different matters. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the state of New York. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience with experience in at least one of the following areas: general liability, torts, transportation, and labor law. Excellent legal writing skills are required. Legal project management experience is helpful.
