Estate Planning Attorney The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and a member of California Bar. An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred. Must have 3+ years of experience in the trusts and estates practice area. Experience and/or exposure in dealing with various tax issues relating to trusts, estates and family and business entities is required. Experience in analysis and preparation of estate and gift tax returns is needed. Should have knowledge of basic drafting of foundation estate planning documents. Proficiency in Lexis/BNA and other Internet research tools is essential. Application Deadline: October 30, 2017.
