Follow ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct. Handle correspondence, court filings, organize and maintain electronic files. Bachelor's degree is required. Should have 5+ years of Paralegal experience. Paralegal Certificate is required. Experience with document management systems, NetDocuments experience is preferred.
