Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be screening process are invited to an initial interview conducted (virtually) by three paralegals, without any participation by attorneys. This allows our paralegals to ask questions designed to probe the depth and breadth of an applicant's background and experience and to form an initial impression of whether the applicant is likely to fit in with our existing staff. The process also allows the applicant to question current staff members about their experiences with the firm without any lawyers being present. Applicants who successfully complete the first round of interviews are invited back for a second round of interviews in which all available staff members and attorneys participate. We will not contact your current employer until after the second round of interviews. No applicant is offered a position unless ALL of the staff and ALL of the lawyers agree that an offer should be made.
