Attorney - Estate Planning The candidate will provide trust and estate planning advice to individuals and their families. Should possess 3 years of experience in the trusts and estates planning practice area. Should be comfortable expending the majority of efforts creating and reviewing estate plans, meeting with clients and advisors and overseeing staff in the client relationship. Job duties include: Prepare and review client projects and documents; Oversee staff and review and draft estate planning documents; and Conduct full estate reviews and provide estate planning advice to clients and their families. Proficiency and/or experience in the following software is preferred: Microsoft Office Suite 2011 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); TimeMatters; WealthCounsel; Estate Planning Tools.
