Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate should have basic understanding of the fundamentals of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies. Must be knowledgeable of bankruptcy law and foreclosure proceedings. Experience with e-filing cases. Must be proficient with basic accounting. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must possess the ability to work independently but also be a team player. Must possess excellent communications skills. Must provide exceptional customer service. Must be detail oriented and highly organized. Must be proactive. Should have 3-5 years experience in a paralegal role. Experience with PACER and Bestcase.
