Employment Attorney The candidate should be an active member of the California bar in good standing. Must have 2+ years employment litigation experience, with direct client contact and progressive responsibility for all aspects of pre-trial discovery, including taking and defending depositions, as well as preparing persuasive dispositive motions. Past experience in human resources, or SHRM certification is preferred.
