Transactional Attorney The candidate' must have 2+ years of corporate or business law related experience to assist with HOA and real estate matters. Duties include but are not limited to: Drafting opinions based on review of client's governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, Policies, etc.); Vendor contract review; Preparing and drafting letters and legal documents on behalf of clients; Attendance at board meetings (Zoom and in-person); HOA experience not required; Should be Licensed CA attorney.
