Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for managing and training a Legal Assistant. Will draft letters for attorney review. Answer discovery. Draft witness disclosures. Keep pleading/ Discovery filing maintained. ER 904 other trial documents. Schedule depositions and draft demands letters. Must have 1-3 years of experience in all phases of plaintiff's personal injury cases. Should be able to provide outstanding customer service and be in frequent contact with clients. Must have a passion to help and advocate for clients in all types of personal injury matters. Should have experience with all aspects of case management, including client intake through claim resolution. A proven ability to manage a large caseload is needed.
