Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate must be able to manage a personal injury litigation caseload in conjunction with an attorney. Ability to reflect a professional and positive image of the firm. Knowledge and 1-5 experience in litigation. Use of Microsoft 365 Office and firm case management software. Trial support when needed. Must have minimum experience of 5 years experience in Personal Injury litigation. Strong people skills able to get along with all personality types. Detail oriented for accurate calendaring and preparation of legal documents. Bilingual a Plus (Not Required). Excellent phone and communication skills'. High school or equivalent (Preferred).
