Trademark Paralegal The candidate will support the Intellectual Property department. Manage a trademark docket - US and foreign. Conduct trademark searches. Prepare and file trademark applications, office action responses and maintenance documents. Communicate with foreign associates regarding filings, registration, etc. Communicate with attorneys and IP Docket Specialist regarding docket entries and status of the same. Make extensive client contact and handle other duties as requested by attorneys. A paralegal certificate is required. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Must have 3+ years of trademark experience. Patent prosecution experience is a plus. Should have a comprehensive knowledge of the Intellectual Property practice area. Must be proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook).
