Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate's duties includes: Propounding and responding to discovery; Drafting legal documents including complaints, subpoenas and motions; Filing and serving documents; Assist with assembling of trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials. Should have paralegal certificate. Should have knowledge of State filing and service procedures and court rules, Federal knowledge is a plus. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish is not required but is a plus.
