Title : Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support an attorney and assist with the management of a litigation team. Will draft of petitions, pleadings, motion, and discovery requests and responses. Schedule client meetings, depositions, deposition preparations, mediations, trial preparation meetings, hearings, trials, and various other case-related events for the attorney. Communicate with clients, witnesses, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, expert witnesses, and consultants. Meet with clients regarding discovery and case updates. Maintain case management information in our case management database; and Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation. Should have Bachelor degree or equivalent years of work experience in a plaintiff's MVA personal injury practice. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Must have experience in a high volume plaintiff's personal injury/MVA practice. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, outstanding time management skills, and the ability to treat team members and clients with respect.
