Attorney - Medical Malpractice Insurance Defense The candidate should preferably have 2-3 experience in Medical Malpractice Insurance Defense work. Must be a NJ licensed attorney and in good standing with the NJ Bar. Should have good writing skills with experience having written numerous motions and briefs. Experience having argued numerous motion hearings is essential. Must have experience having taken numerous depositions. Proficiency with technology including to: Word, Excel and internet-based research.
