Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate should have 5 years experience. Must be capable of handling intake, petition preparing and bankruptcy court filings for chapter 7,11 and 13 cases. Candidate will assist attorneys with adversary proceedings and motions. Must work well independently, be a self-starter and confident in their abilities. Candidate will deal directly with clients. Extensive experience with Best Case or equivalent bankruptcy software a must.
