1st Party Property Associate Attorney Duties: Work directly with the team associated with the unit. Provide diligent client services, effective client representation, and demonstrate the ability to represent in a highly professional manner. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Represent Insurance clients. Negotiate settlements. Prepare motions, conduct depositions, and prepare for trial. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications: 1-3 years of First Party Property experience. Experience with insurance related files. Client Profiles knowledge a plus. Must have strong research and writing capability. MS Office Suite.
