Associate Attorney Candidate must have excellent: legal research skills; communication skills; and problem solving skills. Member of the California Bar, with 3+ years of legal practice experience and substantive knowledge of bankruptcy law. Has a record of high academic achievement at a recognized, ABA-accredited law school, and excellent legal research and writing skills. Must have experience with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, discovery under the Federal Rules, and Federal law and motion practice. Must be extremely detail oriented and experienced in drafting Pleadings, Discovery, Motions, Orders, Discovery Responses, Correspondence, etc. Familiar with WordPerfect, Timeslips, Lexis, Adobe Acrobat and other legal software programs.
