Seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of prior general litigation experience. Candidate's responsibilities will include legal research and writing, preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, preparation of discovery requests and responses, document review via Logikcull, and other related tasks. Court appearances will be dependent on experience level. Must have an excellent academic record, 2-5 years of Indiana practice, and ability to show evidence of clear and concise writing, as well as above-average knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a law school clinic, a litigation-oriented internship, or a judicial clerkship are all beneficial. Past appellate work, involvement in community, charitable endeavors, and other extracurricular activities is a plus.
