Legal Secretary The candidate will be drafting, formatting, editing and proofreading legal documents with attention to detail. Will also be responsible for calendaring and must be familiar with court rules and procedures as well as processing and filing documents. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments in a timely manner. Typing certificate of 55 wpm is required. Should have 5+ years experience with an ability to perform delegated substantive legal work with an emphasis in civil litigation.
