Litigation Paralegal The candidare will work with attorneys and independently to serve clients needs. Responsibilities include communicating with expert witnesses, preparing pleadings, discovery, disclosures, correspondence, calendaring, creating timelines and reviewing/briefing records. The ability to work effectively without supervision is critical. Knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure is a must. Experience with medical negligence cases is a plus.
