Litigation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: Preparing pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses and other litigation documents at the request of the attorney; Preparation of materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials to assist attorneys; Communicate with attorneys to assist in all aspect of litigation and Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a large caseload. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Should have 4 years' experience.
