Associate Attorney The candidate's responsibilities include: Assisting with clients from the intake process; Management of litigation and pre-litigation cases; Preparation of client for depositions and mediations; Conduct depositions, meditations, trial prep, trial & hearings; Discovery; Preparation of legal motions and petitions. 3+ years personal injury experience in litigation required. Prior experience with depositions required. Litigation and trial experience required. Licensed and in Good Standing with the State Bar of Texas required. Hard working and ability to multi-task a must. Strong analytical skills required. Needles Software experience required. Excellent writing skills required. Bilingual required. Texas State Bar License preferred.
