Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have B.A./B.S. degree. Paralegal certificate is a plus. Must have 4+ years of prior paralegal experience in a plaintiff law firm or legal setting. Trial preparation and trial experience required. Working knowledge and understanding of federal and state rules. Working knowledge and understanding of civil procedures. Cite-checking and Bluebooking skills essential. Experience in drafting discovery a must. Excellent attention to detail and superb organization and communication skills. Solid analytical, critical thinking and time management skills required. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
