Title : Contract Attorney

Attorney, Contract Duties: Monitor substantive cases including reviewing light-touch and complex employment-based immigrant/non-immigrant petitions (specifically in H-1B, PERM, and/or O-1), case reviews, feedback on written material and verbal advocacy; Conduct effective and thorough consultation with clients; Correspond with potential clients during the intake process and maintain regular communication with existing clients for active cases; Correspond with USCIS and other government agencies when necessary. Qualifications: JD Degree/ Law Degree from accredited U.S law school with admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state; Extensive working experiences in H-1B RFE, PERM, and/or O1 applications; Ability to work in a team setting, assess priorities, take initiative, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines; Must be thorough and detail-oriented; Excellent interpersonal skills with a great business manner; Bilingual in English and Chinese will be a plus. Contract Length: 3 - 4 months
