Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will focus on Real estate and commercial litigation practice including community association collections, lien foreclosures and wide-ranging business and property litigation. Organization, office and document management software, discovery, basic state court trial level document drafting skills and e-filing knowledge essential. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, complete tasks as assigned, and focus on the larger, overall goal of the assignments and of the department. Preferably should have 5 years of relevant expeirence.
