Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have in-depth legal knowledge coupled with vast practical experience. Experience in Medical Malpractice Defense and/or Defense-Personal Injury preferred. Must be licensed in the State of Utah. Ability to take depositions. Must be skilled in legal research methods. Ability to draft pleading, discovery request, responses and motions. Excellent writing skills and legal analysis required.
