Labor And Employment Attorney The candidate must have experience in employment law matters, researching and writing motions and briefs, including discovery motions. Should have experience making court appearances and taking depositions. Must specifically have experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including wage and hour, employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA, employment agreements, etc. Good judgment, excellent analytical and communication skills are required. Big firm experience is also required. Must possess a California Bar license.
