Senior Family Law And Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate will manage a caseload from inception to resolution. Must have a Doctorate degree with a State Bar License. Must have knowledge of all stages of Contested and Uncontested Matrimonial actions from inception to resolution; all stages of Custody, Visitation, Paternity, and Family Offense Petitions from inception to resolution; all stages of a Criminal prosecutions from Arraignment to resolution.
