Legal Secretary Duties: Types, transcribes and edits documents. File documents with courts. Prepare and/or process documents; review for accuracy. Handle confidential information. Write or draft correspondence and reports as needed. Schedule and organize meetings, travel, hotel/dinner reservations. Maintain calendars. The candidate must have 5 years' defense experience, organizational skills and be detail oriented. Knowledge of MS, Word, Outlook, E-File and Juris is required. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet Search. Excellent verbal and written skills with a "can-do" attitude. Capable of working in fast-paced position.
