Business Immigration Paralegal (Entry-level) Candidate will handle preparation and filing of petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications. Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certification are a plus. Law firm experience is preferred. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INS Zoom, and a document management system required. Will have strong writing skills and have excellent attention to detail. Be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding organizational skills are required.
