Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist with preparation of case communications, pleadings, motions, and discovery. Serve subpoenas and file documents with courts and agencies. Schedule depositions, experts, and case-related meetings. Maintain electronic case files and manage case documents. Maintain case calendars. Qualifications and Skills: Paralegal Certification required. Experience with insurance defense case billing and process. Knowledge of California Court rules and processes. Experience with litigation service providers. Strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. High competency with current litigation and office technology and systems.
